Artist Studio

A modern addition to a Colonial home uses an interior-exterior stone feature wall as a structural, conceptual, and sculptural element that defines and accentuates new spaces. An art studio, gallery, and balcony on the first floor overlook a walkout lower level with a theater, billiards room, entertainment kitchenette, and full bath. The Home Builders Association of Chester & Delaware Counties recognized the project with a Pyramid Award for Best Use of Interior Space and Functionality.
